  • Profile Data: Information you voluntarily provide to customize your experience, such as your name, role (e.g., artist, manager), and career stage.
  • User Content: Contracts, documents, and text messages you upload or input for analysis or drafting.
  • Usage Data: Technical logs regarding your interaction with our Service, such as IP address and browser type, to ensure security and improve performance.

We use your information solely to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Gordy AI Service.
  • Process your requests (e.g., drafting an agreement or answering a legal question).
  • Communicate with you about your account and updates.

We do NOT sell your personal data. We do not use your private User Content to train our AI models for other users.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate our business. These providers have access to your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated to protect it:

  • Hosting & Infrastructure: We use cloud providers (e.g., Google Cloud/Firebase) to host our application and store data securely.
  • AI Models: We send your input text to AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic) solely to generate responses. These providers are not permitted to use your data for training their models.
  • Payments: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full credit card information.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. If you delete your account, your data (including conversation history and uploaded documents) will be deleted from our active databases, subject to standard backup retention cycles and legal requirements.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

Under California law, you have specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal data.
  • Right to Correction: You can update your account information at any time through your profile settings.
